4x Strategy Game

A strategy game worked on back in 2019, which was never finished. The current build is a very early version of the idea with limited functionality. Build your base and an army of troops to defeat your opponent!

How to Play

This current version is a local competitive 2-player experience, where the two players take turns moving units, collecting resources, and constructing buildings to expand their base! Player 1 is blue and player 2 is red.

Use WASD or arrow keys to pan the camera.

On your turn, click on a unit to select them. Information about the unit is displayed in the bottom right of the screen, including movement remaining and actions that the unit can take. Click a tile near the selected unit to move them there, if they have enough movement remaining.

The builder can collect resources and use them to construct buildings. Each building type can only be built on certain types of tiles, which will be highlighted near the builder if one is nearby.
